Ontario MLS® Home Sales Remain Subdued

Residential sales activity reported through the MLS® Systems of real estate boards in Ontario numbered 131,471 units in September 2023. This decreased by 13% from September 2022. The average price of residential homes sold was $878,976, a decrease of 7.7% from the first nine months of 2022
