Residential sales activity reported through the MLS® Systems of real estate boards in Ontario numbered 54,992 in April 2024. This was up by 4.9% from the same period in 2023. The more comprehensive year-to-date average price was $876,615, a slight gain of 0.5% from the first four months of 2023.
