Ontario MLS® Home Sales Slip Slightly in October Despite Record New Listings

 
Residential sales reported through Ontario’s MLS® Systems reached 140,334 units over the first 10 months of 2025, down 4.5% compared with the same period last year. The year-to-date average home price stood at $839,394, a modest 3.5% decrease from 2024. Even with the slight dip in sales, the market continues to benefit from a record level of new listings, offering buyers more options than ever.
