Ontario MLS® Home Sales Post Marginal Increase in July
Residential sales activity reported through the MLS® Systems of real estate boards in Ontario numbered 105,395 units over the first seven months of the year. This was down sharply by 15.5% from the same period in 2022. The more comprehensive year-to-date average price was $888,891, a moderate decrease of 9.2% from the first seven months of 2022.
