Residential sales activity reported in April 2023 has been released! On a year-to-date basis, home sales totaled 51,505 units over the first four months of the year. This was a substantial decline of 32.2% from the same period in 2022. The more comprehensive year-to-date average price was $875,553, a substantial decline of 15.5% from the first four months of 2022.
