Ontario MLS® Home Sales Down, New Listings Up in January

Residential sales activity through MLS® Systems of real estate boards in Ontario totaled 8,912 units in January 2025, marking a 10.1% decline from January 2024. Meanwhile, the average resale home price in Ontario was $834,050, reflecting a modest 1.3% increase from January 2024.
