Ontario MLS® Home Sales Continue Path To Recovery
Residential sales activity reported through the MLS® Systems of real estate boards in Ontario numbered 91,218 units in June 2023. This was down sharply by 18.4% from the same period in 2022. The more comprehensive year-to-date average price was $894,912, a large decline of 10.2% from the first six months of 2022.
